The living spirit of nature

At Gaia, the natural and the built are meant to sit in balance. The building takes its cue from the earth itself: textured stone, warm timber, earthy tones and a great deal of greenery, chosen so that the rhythms of nature carry into daily life.

It rests in Brookside, where the energy of Westlands softens. Mornings arrive with birdsong, the malls and offices are a few minutes away, and evenings are quiet.

Developed by Wonder Properties, building in Kenya since 2015, with Ndemi Gardens and the Alina developments behind them.

Inspired by the elements

Four materials carry the whole design. Choose one to see where it appears.

Stone

A boulder carved with the Gaia name greets you at the gate. Inside, raw rock lines the wall of the indoor pool, and green-veined marble fronts the reception desks.

From the gate to the garden

A planted drop-off under a timber canopy, a reception that feels more like a living room, and behind it the Elemental Garden: winding paths, water and shade at the centre of the site.

Harmonious living spaces

Sunlight comes in through tall windows, and the materials stay close to nature: stone, timber and glass. Every home is a three, four or five-bedroom apartment with a DSQ, from 192–387 sqm.
