Who we are

Shawa Consult is a property consultancy in Westlands, Nairobi. We market and advise on developments built by third-party developers, who are named on each development page. We are not the developer of those projects.

Property information

• Prices, payment plans, unit sizes, availability and completion dates come from the developers and are a guide only. They can change without notice, and units may already be reserved or sold.
• Images and videos are mostly computer-generated impressions of buildings still under construction, and finishes may differ.
• Drive times and distances are approximate.
• Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Any purchase is governed by the sale agreement you sign with the developer, and you should confirm every detail in writing before paying a deposit.

Not financial or legal advice

Market commentary, reports, calculators and figures on this site are general information. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice for your situation. Speak to a qualified advocate and adviser before committing to a purchase.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site - for example by sending spam through our forms, trying to access parts of it that are not public, or interfering with how it works.

Content and trademarks

The Shawa Consult name, logo and our own text, reports and designs belong to us. Development names, images, brochures and videos belong to their developers and are used with permission. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Links to other sites

We link to services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and developers' websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is always error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relying on information on this site rather than confirming it with us and the developer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
